Cohesion in Extraordinary Times
And so we have entered into the first wave of many changes that now face our world.
During this decade mankind will seek again to change the course of the destruction that has arisen from greed, the absence of love, the abdication of personal responsibility.
A new harmony is already beginning to emerge through the many acts of love that begin to bring gratitude and humility rather than the dissatisfaction and blame of the past, but as we move through the changes there is no doubt, that what we will need is each other.
In the space of just a few short weeks our lives have already changed dramatically. The most important message now the one of Cohesion, that which holds us together.
As workplaces become fragmented so the connection to the Purpose of the Organisation, Community or Group dissipates and people can begin to feel uprooted, lost. It is important for Organisations to be a source of unity, of hope and inspiration, embracing the change, transforming the fear that it brings and revisioning the future, rather than holding on to a return to the way things were.
Viruses and disease take hold in negativity, where there is a breakdown in the natural compassion that holds the body and mind together, that links humanity together. It is time to rebuild the future through the cohesion that carries that compassion, through human generosity, acts of kindness, through engendering a sense of purpose, peace and a new kind of prosperity, a prosperity of spirit and goodwill.
The Extraordinary Organisations, Communities and Groups of the future will allow their Enlightened Leaders to rise now and thrive. We have been given the chance to separate that we may come together again in a different way. Let us embrace that opportunity together and bring in the world that we would all truly love to see.
Now and as always we are here to to support you in visioning your new future, building new enlightened cultures and taking care of yourselves and your people in the now.
Relaxation Wisdom
“There is a point where movement meets stillness and peace meets action, at this point everything is possible”
This point, is the point of true relaxation, the point where the body and conscious thoughts release their control and allow a greater energy to enter into the physical and mental layers of the self. It is a creative energy that has within it vitality and peace in equal measure and once experienced it can never be forgotten.
This form of relaxation cannot be found in the usual places, neither can it be found in trying to silence your mind, although silence can be found because of it.
So many say that they want peace and yet within themselves they are fearful of it, resistant to it, frightened of the inaction that they believe it contains, in a world so addicted to action, so caught up in speed, greed, the proliferation of choice, the race to achieve material and self-centred goals. If only it was understood that peace is action, action of a different kind, not just stillness, stopping, nothingness but the true active, creative ingredient of all life.
How can it be that we might answer yes to the question do you want peace on Earth and yet inwardly we might answer no to the question do you want peace for ourselves? Does that actually mean that in truth we do not seek peace on earth or perhaps that we hold the belief that peace is only possible in death, and since most are frightened of dying then it follows that most frightened of peace? Time to change the long held deep-rooted beliefs, find a new mantra a new and true belief in peace and what it really means.
· Without peace there is only conflict and disharmony.
· Without peace there can be no true and long-lasting happiness.
· Without peace there can be no progress.
Until we accept that the natural rhythm of ebbing and flowing has been lost in our “constantly on” culture, we will continue to suffer and continue to destroy ourselves, eachother and our planet.
What does finding life balance truly mean? Does it just mean sharing your action equally between home and work? This will actually solve very little as many have found. Or does the solution lie in re-learning the natural rhythm of the human body finding the perfect balance between action and inaction? The answer is actually rather obvious but brave are the few who have harnessed that simple wisdom and made it work within their lives. At this stage within society, it does require being different, standing out from the crowd, resisting addictive grooves such as social media and the accumulation of wealth at all cost.
When this balance is found between action and inaction, or outer action and inner action we could say, then individuals, families, communities, organisations can thrive, no longer driven by fear, they can reach outwards and embrace all that is offered in life. They become creative, generous, whole. This, all of this, flows from peace not from pushing, forcing and trying to make it happen, and the gateway to that peace is the art of deep relaxation, a long forgotten wisdom replaced by watching TV, going to the pub, playing sport, adrenalin fueled activity, which all may well have their place but are all forms of action and stimulation that cannot re-place the need within the body and mind for peace.
Relaxation is a letting go, a release that allows the peace to enter; it can be found in stillness, in the sounds of nature, it is a heavenly place between wakefulness and sleep, where you can bask in the bliss of the moment. It is a precious moment where everything stops and yet everything is present.
Many speak now of meditation: until relaxation is learnt, true meditation is not possible. Without the ability to relax, that inner state of grace, of silence, of inspiration that so many seek cannot be found.
In these times of turmoil and confusion in our world, times when then pace of life and change seems to be accelerating, it is vital that we learn to slow down. Nothing is more fundamental to our health and well-being and as we see mental health challenges reaching all time highs, as we recognise that we are over-consuming in epidemic proportions, that our own lives are over-geared and our minds over-revved, and that we have found ourselves in prisons of our own making constantly seeking out the next source of stimulation as an addict seeks out its next fix, we have to ask ourselves how can we stop, we have to ask ourselves where the solution lies.
If we can accept first the value of peace, then that the race for peace can never be won, we are on our way to meaningful change.
The solution lies in simplicity, in recognizing that less is more, in slowing down to achieve more.
If you want to be part of this change, the first step is to give yourself the greatest gift of all, that of healing, and the first step of healing is relaxation.
Research
Clinical trials have shown that 45 minutes of Deep Relaxation is equivalent to 4 to 5 hours of good sleep.

Welcome to 2020
And so the world has turned and 2020 is with us. Not just the start of a new decade but the end of an old way and beginning of a new time. Despite the continuing outer signs of disruption, despair and sadness, a change is taking place, a change for the better.
The question that remains for this time is how much devastation does humanity need to face before recognising first their responsibility within it and secondly their power to change it. What will become defining during this new time is whether the choice is for the good of all or whether that power is used purely for self-serving purposes of greed and self promotion.
It is easy to look into the world from an “us and them” perspective : those terrorists, those perpetrators of evil, those politicians, those religious fanatics, those that destroy the planet, but the opportunity now is that we recognise once and for all that we are one humanity upon the Earth, brothers and sisters, you could say, with the same purpose of learning and guardianship of eachother and the planet. When we accept that, take responsibilty for our thoughts, our words, our actions then the potential for a momentous tide of positive change in this new time will begin to manifest all around us.
2020 is undoubtedly a year of expectation, of possibility of change for the better, it is up to each individual, each organisation, each community to decide which part it wishes to play, if it wishes to embrace this potential or if it desires to hold onto the ways of old, continuing a pattern of negativity, conflict and destruction. Those that thrive will be those that look beneath the surface and see the unseen, understand the new way of compassion and unity, those who engage in the change with enthusiasm and purpose. Those who will struggle within the newness will be those that harbour ill-will, those who use their power unwisely, those whose thoughts turn always to darkness.
Everything is there for us if we choose to accept this new time as a time of enlightenment, a time that offers peace within ourselves, within our organisations, our families and communities and within the Earth itself.
NHS Employers - Strategic Workforce Forum, 15 October 2019
It was a great honour to be invited to deliver a keynote speech at the conference last month. Over two days, close to 200 HR leaders from across the UK met to share knowledge and gain insights and inspiration to take back to the workplace. The event – now in its third year – was an invaluable opportunity for the NHS’s key decision-makers to shape and deliver the People Plan that would meet the healthcare needs of our population.
My session, scheduled at the end of day one, provided much needed time and space for participants to ‘be’, rather than ‘do’. In a calm and settled space, I invited them to consider the purpose of change….. and to see it in a completely new light, rather than the traditional default where emotions run high fuelled by fear of the unknown, stress, and uncertainty. This is a default where the tendency is to resist the path of change by mustering resources or shoring up defences to deal with the onslaught…..all of which may be moderated and tempered by building resilience. I suggested an alternative – to see it as an opportunity to learn, and grow, and adapt by seeing the beauty of change….where we look to the more health-giving rhythms and natural resilience of nature to inspire us. Going with, rather than against, the flow so that change can be embraced – even welcomed – as a constantly evolving spiral of energy. Food for thought.
We moved on to explore the limitations of the finite, conscious mind of everyday matters and the expansive infinite, unconscious mind where insights and meaningful change reside. To fully embody the experience of calming the mind, I introduced the first of three practice sessions which are designed to integrate the mind, body, and soul. A breathing practice of only three minutes, it provided a gentle introduction to settling busy heads through conscious breathing – literally breathing space with valuable ‘time out’ from the day’s proceedings. I explained that, in the expanded outbreath, the brain is flooded with energy which creates space to see things more clearly – head space without clutter. With a clear head and a quiet mind, we are able to move beyond the whirring finite mind to find deeper peace.
I chose the next practice – longer in length – for participants to experience directly how it felt to take control and how to let go. As in all of Corporate Soul Bridging Minds practices, breathing was a key component, but I also introduced movement in the body through gentle stretching and then holding/releasing the tension. This worked well - it was clear from groans and deep sighs – as participants could feel for themselves the tension in their bodies, followed by the relief of letting go and relaxing the tension that they had created. By using this particular practice, I reinforced the importance of controlling what is controllable and letting go and releasing the uncontrollable in our lives. That seemed to have impact.
The third and final practice was perfect to end the session. As a healing meditation, it had a very different quality to the earlier practices – a deliberate choice on my part to give a flavour of our range of practices and to move gradually into a short meditation. This made it possible to step further beyond the finite mind and cross into the deep peace of the infinite mind. Deeply relaxing, an aura of perfect calm and tranquillity reigned in a room of 200 people…..
Once ‘back in the room’, I revisited what I had covered earlier on change and what the key takeaway from the session was – that the only way to change our lives is to change ourselves….by responding rather than reacting to whatever shows up in life. The Corporate Soul practices enable us to restore our natural resilience (no need to build it from scratch, it’s already within us), develop a calm and centred space, and to connect with an inner wisdom (the wisdom of the soul) so that our quality of life improves dramatically. Finally, I reminded participants that it was a matter of choice and personal responsibility for each one of us – to choose to live with the limitations of the finite mind or to move beyond into the limitless opportunities of the infinite mind.
The session was successful in creating an opportunity for relaxation and in introducing HR leaders to the benefits of our practices. Examples of feedback included: -
“I can’t remember when I last felt so chilled”
“I’m amazed that I was able to switch off so quickly”
“I could have listened to you all day!”
“I do meditate but I’m not very disciplined. This has reminded me how much better I feel afterwards”
“I really dropped off….I can’t believe I did that!”
Apart from the positive comments above, I was given the best evidence I could have wished. One of the HRDs came up to me after the session and showed me the change in his heartrate on the fitbit he was wearing. The reading before the session was significantly higher than afterwards. Delighted that the session had achieved what I had hoped.

World Mental Health Day 10th October- Theme - Suicide Prevention
Suicide effects people of all ages from all walks of life every minute of every day.
There are times within the life when the thread of hope and positivity becomes lost. These are desperate times, times when the need for help coincides with an inability to reach out for it and a path through the darkness seems impossible to see.
Each case of suicide is unique in its own way, each individual case is different, each time a life of possibilities is lost, but so often, a sense of powerlessness can pervade the self, a sense of isolation, as the mind is unable to reach beyond the negative cycles of the conscious thoughts. Fear predominates until the self belief, the self worth is extinguished, there is nowhere left to turn and the only way left to claim back the power, the sense of choice, the control, when all else seems lost, is the ultimate destructive act of the freewill which is that if taking one’s life. This thought then can become the only focus until either it reaches its completion or it is disarmed through the experience within the self of hope, which can come in many ways but signals the reuniting of the finite, conscious emotional self which has disengaged or isolated itself, with the infinite self, and the sense of purpose that comes from it. From there the walls can come down and the bigger picture presents itself anew and in many cases the life can unfold again, often with greater belief, clarity and purpose than before.
So often loved ones, friends, families, communities, organisations also feel helpless in the face of suicide, but there is so much that we can do :
· We can truly listen
· We can care for others rather than just for ourselves and our loved ones.
· We can be compassionate to those who suffer quietly, offering a helping hand, sharing a kind thought, lifting our heads from our devices and smiling.
· We can create spaces of peace that offer solace and sustenance at times of need
· We can refresh the thread of life within ourselves so that the fear and anxiety doesn’t get a deeper hold within us, through embracing meditation and attitudes of wholeness in our lives so much pain can be alleviated and so much unnecessary suffering can be avoided.
· We can reach out lovingly to eachother, take responsibility for eachother, remember that we are here to be with one another.
· We can notice when the light in someone around us seems to go out or the light seems be fading.
· We can notice the suffering behind the smile, the pain behind the façade, the withdrawing , the isolation, the guilt and lack of self belief.
· We can within our organisations create watchers and protectors, those equipped to see the signs, hold the space, be the hope, the bridge of light.
· We can remember that life is about simple things: the love shared, the lessons learned, that nothing is beyond forgiveness and that nothing, nothing in this life is ever pointless or wasted.
· We can build a bridge of light within ourselves and between ourselves and others and we can inspire others to do the same.
· We can hope.
In all cases suicide leaves a void, something unfinished, an unfulfilled life, a life extinguished too soon. It does not bring completion or resolution and the turmoil does not cease with the ending, it continues, casting its shadow on all within its midst. Let us unite on this special day to send hope into those shadows and to create a bridge of light across which all those who are suffering can walk to find the essence of life again.
If you are feeling suicidal please reach out and if you cannot please reach inwards, for in beyond the darkness is a pinprick of light, like a distant star of hope, that will allow you to one day reach outwards again.
We are here if you wish to reach out to us. We will listen and we do care.
This is our offering to you if you are thinking of taking your own life, if someone you know has already done so or if you believe someone you know is considering it.
May it bring to you a moment of hope.
Please find below a 10 minute audio file of a healing meditation.
We have also attached a NHS “Letter of Hope” that is a wonderful resource that you might want to share with others in need.
Mental Health Awareness Blog One- Body Image - How we think and feel about our bodies.
One of the most critical aspects of any of life is how we think about ourselves, our relationship with our own Self Esteem.
For some this is a gently fluctuating equilibrium as the life unfolds and the personality establishes itself, whilst for others it is an emotional rollercoaster, which can swing between the polarities of the highly egotistical, to feelings of total worthlessness and paranoia, causing extreme anxiety and depression. For others it is a turbulent and often dark pool where a positive reflection of the self can barely be seen. In all cases our dis-connection from a true & deeper sense of self, as well as what we are told about ourselves in childhood and what others through our lives say about us, plays a significant part, as well as the self-speak which so often is completely devoid of love and kindness. In this third case the self-talk can reach a point where compassion for the self cannot be found and more severe mental health issues ensue.
All of these issues are at critical levels within our society and by 2018 incidents of suicide and self-harm were beginning to show marked levels of increase, especially amongst the young.
By 2018, suicide has become the leading cause of death amongst people aged 20-34 years in the UK. It is also the leading cause of death for men aged between 40 and 44 years.
Self Esteem does not just relate to Body Image, but our obsession with it has now reached a pinnacle, which is augmenting the issues raised above to dangerous proportions.
So often Self Esteem and Self Worth are thought of as synonymous, they are not. By definition Self Esteem is a measurement of how we see ourselves, which is inevitably entangled with how others see
Social Media has become an ideal forum for the Self Esteem and its spectrum. Body Image is now under ever greater scrutiny due to the “Selfie” generation and for so many the sense of the self is based on the number of “likes “ received either to bolster a flagging ego, to inflate it even further or indeed to strike yet another blow to a sense of desperation and self-disgust, all of which takes place within an altered state of virtual reality that exists behind a screen, but is as alive within the minds and thoughts of the user as the green of the grass or the leaves on the trees. A forum that could be used in such a positive way has instead led to a deepening self-obsession that has already begun to cause many to seek to morph the reality of their bodies into something different, bringing an inevitable dissatisfaction with the body as it is in its natural state. Such thoughts and feelings of inadequacy are feeding a tide of self-destructive thoughts that inevitably lead to destructive actions.
Self Esteem is fleeting, impermanent and substantially reliant on outer reaction. Stress accentuates these feelings causing a spiral in which so many find themselves powerless to escape. The paradox is that when issues of Body Image rising from poor Self Esteem take hold, the battle to change the Body Image will never succeed until the thoughts and feelings about the self change from within. Happiness derived from changing the Body Image alone is generally short-lived and as such falls into the category of many other forms of obsessive and addictive behaviour that are used to deal with deeper emotional issues & stress and that are equally temporary in effect.
The solution to this is in the finding of a sense of Self Worth. This is a wellspring of belief in the self that comes from within. It is constant in nature, permanent and relatively unaffected by outside influences. As such it over-rides the fluctuations of the Self Esteem, transcends it and brings to the self into its true nature of acceptance, tolerance, forgiveness and compassion.
There is one very positive aspect of the deepening crisis of Image in which we find ourselves and that is that all things have their reaction, and if you look closely you will see a rising tide of Self-Worth. Those digging deep into their inner resources to accept themselves as they are, to live their truth, to be fully who they want to be. There is a greater tolerance of those who are different, greater compassion for those who find themselves isolated and alone. When that acceptance, that tolerance, that forgiveness and compassion begins also to be directed at the self, not in a fearful, obsessive way but in a loving and liberating way, then we will have truly turned a corner.
Corporate Soul believes that this Self Worth rises from the Inner Self, the Soul, and that in awakening individuals to this inner resource, the outer experience of life can be totally transformed and lead to positive mental, emotional and physical health and a state of wellbeing & wholeness that will allow us to begin to focus our energies outwards and join together in the task of re-building our world after the years of destructive thought & behaviour that has brought it and us, to the brink. When we can turn our thoughts to giving love rather than desperately seeking it, we will then experience that elusive constant state of happiness, which so many seek but never find. We will begin to rediscover our own beauty as well as that of others and of the natural world around us and life will find a new sense of reason and purpose for us all.
In the end mental health is exactly what it says it is, it is the health of our own thoughts, which affect not just ourselves but others and the world around us. The opportunity that lies ahead of us is for us all to take personal responsibility for our thoughts and accept the truth that we create our own realities both within ourselves and within our world.
Please look out for those who suffer quietly and reach out a hand to them, what you may think is a positive Body Image may not be to them instead they may be experiencing a profound inner turmoil. One act of compassion can change a life, not just theirs but your also.
Mental Health Awareness Blog Two -The Link between the Body and Mind
This year the focus of the MHA week is the link between the Body and the Mind. The inseparable pathway between these two aspects of the human consciousness. But of course they are not the only aspects of consciousness and it will be for Corporate Soul to bring in the third element, the soul aspect, to bring the threefold dimension into play, for whilst it is interesting to observe the link between body and mind the solution that humanity is seeking lies with the soul and the creation of the triangle that lies at the basis of all things.
Many aspects of modern society have become obsessed with the Body and its Image, the movement away from the awareness/consciousness of soul has left many believing that they are physical beings only and here on earth for a relatively short and finite amount of time, therefore the focus on the body is natural. Media images of perfection have been for many years torturous for those with more vulnerable mental health and even for those who have not, the drive for a body that fits in with certain expected norms has caused often undiagnosed mental health issues in vast numbers of the population. Our obsession with food, high-adrenalin activity and fitness has gone far beyond a healthy level and it is paradoxical that much that is done under the label of health & fitness is actually in some cases the cause of mental health instability and in other cases is a sign of mental health fragility. The onset of Social Media and the self-obsession of the era of the “Selfie” has brought this all to a pinnacle, which must now be addressed.
We must take action now so that the teenagers who hide under the sheets or behind closed doors for fear of being photographed not looking their best and that image being spread immediately to not only friends and peers but into the public domain can be freed from the prison they find themselves in. We must act now to preempt the legacy of a mental health crisis for generations to come.
On the positive side of the equation, awareness is building and many are now awakening to their own true nature, finding it important to care for each other and the planet.
Now is the time when the care of the self, physically, mentally, spiritually will be vital to the unfolding of a better world, as we learn again that it is what is at the centre of our being that is important, not what marks the exterior.
Corporate Soul offers a solution in the establishment of the Threefold Self – Body Mind Soul, enabling a new platform of hope & respect, based onthe Principles of Patience, Tolerance, Compassion, Forgiveness, to become the basis for our world of the future.
Conclusion
The Body Image is so prevalent in society at this time. There are people starving themselves to death as well as eating themselves to death. The world has become so obsessed by image and the beauty of the physical form that it has lost sight of the beauty of the soul, and the absolute beauty of soul shining through the person, that magical light that we sense from someone who is living their purpose and standing in their own true light.
The plight of comparison that is driven by social media and the press is truly the curse of this generation. It means that young people are so keen to measure themselves against others, and there is always someone who is prettier, smarter, faster, richer or more successful, and it can severely affect their Self Esteem. There is a need to connect with the healthy and beautiful soul, and the beauty of the individual talents and skills, not where they come in the collective.
There is beauty in everyone to be found, not in the way they look but in the love they have for themselves, in others and the world.
Final Thought
When you look upon a flower would you look towards its colour, fragrance and how it blends with the nature around it or would you see the petals that have gone past their best, see misshapen leaves and wish that the flower were somewhere else other than where it has grown?
There is a beauty in all things, we just have to choose to look towards it. And this choice may be for some the hardest of all.
A New Perspective: From Mindfulness to Meditation – A Journey of Light
How much of human conflict, whether in the physical or just within the thoughts comes from misunderstanding and mis-conception of truth?
Mindfulness and Meditation are words that for some, in recent times, have become synonymous and yet they are quite distinct aspects of the same whole. Whilst this misconception is unlikely to create conflict of vast proportions in itself, it does represent a vast opportunity to transform conflict, which is worth exploring for those that are committed to a better future for themselves, their organisations and the world.
In ancient times it was natural for the human mind to allow the flow of thought from the inner to the outer perspective and back again. There was a natural communing with the Inner or Higher Self that then gave direction and inspiration to the practical life. There was no question as to whether there was some kind of divinity that had created all, not a God-Head formed in man’s image, but an energy that brought into life and that unified and harmonised all things. At any point humanity was either in tune with that energy or out of tune with it. If out of tune with it then communing with nature and the Inner Self would allow that reharmonisation to take place and so the cycle of life unfolded.
However as humanity progressed and experimented with its freedom of will and choice so came a deepening of selfishness and self – focus, it began to build its God-Heads in its own image and form its religions and factions and conflict began to reign and that divinity, that harmony was cast aside. As the personification of that creative energy continued, humanity began to worship it, to covet it, and so the conflict began until that God became for many so far removed from the original creative energy of harmony, which is love, that they could no longer find truth within it, preferring to limit the experience of life to the finite and purely physical and materialistic.
We are bearing the consequences of this evolution in an extreme way in modern times where greed prevails over love and self power prevails over divine power and global harmony has become a distant dream. Is it any wonder that those with faith in humanity and the future are reaching once again to those natural ancient practices where faith was a given not a choice.
Meditation quite simply is the movement of the mind into that inner communion with the infinite. Mindfulness is the first stage of Meditation which creates the concentration and focus within the finite mind, allowing the journey into the state of peace, purpose and creativity to unfold.
Mindfulness works within the conscious mind whereas Meditation encompasses the whole of the mind and its three layers: conscious, sub-conscious and unconscious. At Corporate Soul we speak of the finite mind which is the physical, conscious, mental aspect and the infinite mind, which is the mind of the Soul.
True Meditation will always end within the infinite. Mindfulness is a term originally used within the Buddhist tradition to describe the very powerful practice of observing the breath, the link between the finite and infinite. What is most important to note is that any other form of Mindfulness which focuses on thought is a process of concentration & focus, and therefore augmentation. As such it is vital that the intention is one of love as the practice of intensifying thought can be used for good as well as for that which is not. In other words what Mindfulness is used for really matters, as just because you can do something, or make something happen doesn’t mean you should. Mindfulness was never conceived of as a practice in itself and the opportunity that stands before us now is to step through a further doorway into the light that exists there for one and for all, and in this way, reawaken the harmony within us and choose to express it in thought and in action to those around us, those we know and those we do not, to humanity as a whole and to our planet which teeters on the edge of collapse and cries out for its own harmony to be restored.
Meditation is not an end in itself but it is the way and whatever names or terms we use, this pathway has always been in existence and is as natural a part of the consciousness of humanity as breathing, dreaming and sleep itself.
It is our belief at Corporate Soul that Meditation is a gift that all of humanity can embrace if they choose to and that what lies at the end of that journey of light is truth, purpose, hope and love.
The Launch of the Enlightened Leaders Programme
On the 18th of October Corporate Soul launched their new leadership programme, 24 wonderful human beings came to learn about a new way in leadership. One where each leader will learn about who they really are and what their big purpose in this life is all about. They will be the change advocates in organisations, who will be compassionate, inspirational, purposeful and will create cultures where people thrive and are full of creativity and passion for what they do.
The old way of treating the symptoms of stress with well-being programmes and initiatives is not working. We need to address the cause of stress, which according to the Centre for Mental Health is costing every organisation £1,300 per employee per year. By awakening Enlightened Leaders who are compassionate, they will create cultures where employees thrive, this is the new way forward.
During the afternoon we shared some of the Meditation practices that people will learn on the Programme and some of the comments were as follows
“I can’t believe how quickly I could access that feeling of calm”.
“It was amazing to meditate with a group and feel the difference in the energy”
“It made me feel very calm and I have been very busy of late”
If we can do this in an hour and a half imagine, what we can do with leaders on a three day residential course!
In essence the full programme is three three day workshops, the first is all about self-leadership, the second is about coaching others and the third is about leading change. This is no ordinary leadership programme, we have four principles that we believe will change the way organisations operate, moving from fear conflict and blame to harmony.
Below is a three minute video where Tara brings these to life.
Below is a one and half minute clip of one of our practices. If you want to know more please get in touch with Tara@corporatesoulconsulting.com
