We have designed a blended learning approach for  the corporate environment, which enables  employees to transcend stress and thrive.

Our Programmes are far reaching, elevating the individual away from the day-to-day demands of life and into the infinite mind where all creativity and motivation lies. Releasing the individual away from one track and fragmented thinking, the Soul approach brings vision, clarity and inspiration. The workshops are designed to bring the best out of individuals, allowing them to access their own inner resources to bring about well-being, happiness and fulfilment. 

The Corporate Soul Transcending Stress Programme is a unique blend of movement, breath and inspired meditations, specifically designed to alleviate stress and build resilience for the future. Three two hour workshops over several months, combined with ten minute daily practices, will transform your organisation. Programmes can also be designed to suit your organisational needs.

The very nature of the practices engenders a harmony that facilitates collaboration, clarity and a vision of a better future for all. The workshops are highly experiential and adaptable to the specific group of individuals gathered. The programme is flexible and uses a blended learning approach, allowing individuals to participate in whichever way suits their own pattern of progress.

Research

The Corporate Soul Transcending Stress System is clinically designed and tested to alleviate stress, build resilience, restore harmony and encourage self-healing. 

There have been several research studies on the benefits of meditation for the reduction of stress and the ability to be more present and fulfilled in our daily lives.

 A ten-minute daily practice can transform your life.  

 The Radiate USB is available to purchase from the website shop, which has three, ten minute practices and a forty-five-minute relaxation audio, along with guidance on how to integrate these into your life.

  • In 2021 and 2022 virtual Mental health day sessions were delivered for Crowd Property a Fin-tech organisation in Birmingham.

  • In 2020 and 2021 Virtual open sessions were delivered to alleviate stress during the pandemic.

  • In 2019 and 2020 Corporate Soul were invited to work with London Marathon Events to deliver Transcending Stress workshops to their employees during their Wellness month in January.

  • In Mental Health Awareness Week 2017 our work with Semafone allowed around 50 employees to experience techniques that can be used at home and at the desk, including device ‘switching off’ practices. We also focussed on breathing life into the Semafone values.

  • In 2018 we went deeper, embedding on a regular basis the Transcending Stress practices as well as bringing to life alternative and inspiring perspectives on purpose and values.  We also offered individual & group coaching/counselling to create engagement and integration, bringing a greater harmony to Semafone as a whole.

Reviews 

The Corporate Soul practices created a welcome opportunity to take 'time out' to re-appraise my priorities - a breathing space within a hectic and demanding life, with lots of 'doing' and not enough 'being'.
